This is a blog to document my travels in
Europe. The posts from 2012 relate to a trip I did with my aunt and uncle,
Patsy and Philip, during a half gap-year I took prior to commencing my tertiary
studies.
I have now completed the undergraduate component of my course, the BSc
(Honours) (Environmental Science) at Flinders University in Adelaide, South
Australia. This is an ideal opportunity to take another half-year break and
travel further. My paternal grandmother's side of the family was originally
from Estonia. After my visit in 2012, I have become rather fond of this little
country. As such, I will be spending the majority of my time here, trying to
learn the language, visiting relatives, travelling around, volunteering and
geocaching. I'll also visit Germany and the UK.
Rather than writing a private journal, I
think a blog is a good way to keep everyone up to date with what I'm doing.
I'll post regularly to detail what I've been up to and include pictures.
