16.8:

I didn’t really have much planned for today so I had a relaxed morning and then spent the afternoon finding geocaches in suburban Tartu. While doing this I ran into no less than two Estonian geocachers. This was extremely convenient as both of the geocaches were very tricky and I don’t know if I would have found them without their help.

In the evening, Gustavo had invited me to his apartment for tea and to watch a movie. He and his wife also had an Estonian friend who is planning to visit Australia in February so we were able to have a chat about that. Gustavo made some dry martinis which were quite nice and we watched a James Bond film. I had brought a selection of Estonian beers to try so Gustavo and I had those and all were nice. I caught a taxi home. Within 5 minutes of calling the line a taxi was waiting by the front door – I sometimes forget that Tartu really isn’t that big of a place.
